My name is David Goodman and I have been a highly successful real estate professional in the South Florida market since 2001; having completed hundreds of transactions. I grew up in the tri-county area, study the current trends, and as such; have intimate market knowledge. I am a Certified Residential Specialist & a Certified Distressed Property Expert. I focus my efforts to work with corporate entities in the listing and sales of REO (Bank Owned) Properties; as well as individuals in the sale of their properties whether they be a 'Short Sale' for a distressed or upside-down seller or a ‘Traditional Sale’ between a regular independent seller and a buyer. I also assist property owners in the renting of their investment properties. My personal goal is to simplify the process of buying and selling real estate, and to satisfy everyone's needs to the best of my ability. I listen to my clients when they speak. I treat people as I would like to be treated and I pride myself most on being upfront & honest. My extensive experience and proven track record are factors you can count on when working with me.
